Review of Gazebo Cafe

This is a coffee shop with gluten free waffles, ice cream, egg dishes and Korean food. Its worth going. Its a small shop so try to be a group of 4 or less. That said we were a group of 7 and it didn't take that long to seat us at two tables nor the group of 6 that came in after us. The staff is amazing and thoughtful.We have gluten issues and other food intolerances. The waitress (owner?) was very aware of what was in the food. They have gluten free soy sauce! And checked on the premade items she wasn't sure of. We got the special coffee Raspberry latte and it was really good. Several gluten free waffles. The kids loved them. I'm more picky about gluten free baked goods and it had a hint of the weird texture issue that suggests xanthum gum to me but not so much I couldn't steal a few bites.The Bimibap with spinach omelet comes with a good amount of nam plam already mixed in, even when ordered mild so I didn't share with my super-taster child. Also the egg is an omelet so no liquid yolk to mix in. I would probably order something else next time but I had no problem finishing it and it was good food just not the best bimibap.Don't skip the cucumber salad, it was everyone's favorite.
