Its a dedicated 100%plantbased, glutenfree, dairyfree, eggfree, sesame free, peanut and tree nut free facility with a wide range of goodies. From fresh baked breads, montreal style bagels, Belgian Waffles, buns, cookies, biscotties and many prepared food options.

I love Gemaro's artisan buns! They are very chewy, moist, and great for breakfast sandwiches. They have weird hours at thier main bakery, but you can find their products across Toronto, GTA, and surrounding area.

Gluten free and allergen free bakery. Bagels and buns are great!! Also their sugar cookies with sprinkles are our favourite. Such a treat and allergen free! The best part is that you can order online and have fresh baked goods delivered to you, check their website as sometimes they have monthly specials for online orders.
