All the Flatbreads are gluten free - the one I ordered was excellent. While the only things listed as gf on the menu were the 3 Flatbreads and a salad, the Flatbread was so good that I was ok with it.

Came here and ordered the pancha billa because it was labeled gluten free on their menu. It turns out this is NOT gluten free, do NOT order it if you have a gluten allergy, it is a red pepper tortilla made with wheat. When it came to the table, i was sketched out and asked the waiter again if it was really gluten free and they verified with the kitchen that it was not, they said it was a TYPO on their menu. Needless to say, I dogged a bullet there, as someone who has a severe allergy. Please be careful when ordering gluten free here. We ended up leaving because we didn’t trust the rest of the menu to be marked correctly.

Very very good food! Visited twice - the first got a pulled chicken sandwich on GF bread- def needed a knife & fork but the flavor was worth it. Their cauliflower pizzas blew some of the regular gf pizzas I've had out of the water!

Delicious sandwiches on GF bread - not Udi’s! Pizza and other items too. Menu is well marked and waitress was great with questions and substitutions. Celiac hubby and daughter loved their meals and neither got sick. Delish.

Delicious! Happy belly. GF done well. Covid precautions done well. Edited to add: I had three meals here. Each one was delicious and there were no issues with gluten. Servers were very receptive.
Yes
Menu listed all pizzas as GF. Called ahead; sounded like they understood GF. Arrived, ordered a pizza that had onions on it, specifying GF and no onions. Pizza arrived with onions. Checked menu-onions are “stout caramelized onions”. Made with beer. On a “GF” pizza. Server apologetic, but showed me she’d written order right. Kitchen made pizza wrong, but was set up for failure by menu author. Management blamed a typo on the menu. Multiple levels of failure there.

Staff was very familiar with celiac and cross contamination. Explained how pizza was kept safe from cross contamination. It was delicious.
Yes
Staff clearly understood cross contamination. All pizza has excellent GF crust. Recommend for people with Celiac. Good experience.

The cauliflower crust pizza is so good. Same with the corn beef hash with hollandaise sauce. Amazing and knowledgeable staff. We will for sure return.
The menu had clearly listed GF options. The staff was knowledgable when asked about it to ensure it was safe. He also informed the kitchen to use extra caution when preparing the food. The dinner was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend

Staff was very knowledgeable of varied food allergies. They accommodated my needs with great options on their menu. Highly recommend.

There are gluten free options on the menu and the food was very good. Nice views of the lake too! Just make sure your server is aware of your food needs (the host wasn't well informed, but our server was).
Had a delicious and leisurely breakfast with absolutely no cross contamination issues.
I hate to bash a business, but I feel obliged to inform others about our negative experience. Our family traveled to Placid for vacation and had such a difficult time finding GF restaurants. After calling so many places, I called Generations and the manager told me that they had GF pasta and many entrees that were GF, as well as GF bread. So we went. After placing our order, and our kids being excited that they could actually eat pasta for dinner, the waitress informed us that they do not have GF pasta after all. Despite being disappointed, we changed our order. My youngest son wanted meatballs and since he is only gluten sensitive (not celiacs as The rest of the fam), we ordered. A few minutes later they brought out two slices of untoasted GF bread for 4 people( it was hard and cold). 20 minutes later the meatballs came out. I cut into them only to discover completely raw meat!!! The outside was fried and the inside was completely uncooked, without exaggeration. The waitress was even appalled. We sent it back, and the manager apologized and took care of our bill, but it was such a horrible experience. We left starving and honestly, pretty disgusted.
Out of GF pasta after we called in advance. Bad experience with undercooked food. Wait staff was friendly and supportive. Meal was comped by management but an overall bad experience.
Not a GF menu but server was knowledgable of GF options and what I could eat. Food was very good and didn't get sick.
