This place is GF (and vegan) friendly, but I won't be eating here ever again. The risk of cross-contamination (by customers) is very likely. I've witnessed too many gross things done by customers handling food. If you want to avoid this, go right when they open - then the grill AND food will be clean for sure. The staff is *usually* super nice, and they *try* to keep the food clean. If you like this place, get a GG card. We've gotten plenty of free bowls here before we stopped going.
I used to love this place, when I wasn't told I had a gluten allergy, now every-time I go and I get the allergy blue card and they add the extra wood sticks to separate my food from the rest, I seem to ALWAYS get a couple pieces of food that I never put in mine. I know some places have a separate grill they cook on, but this one does not
They use a separate card to distinguish allergies like gluten. They also clean the grill and use a grill topper! Let a manager know you are gluten free and they will walk you through the best way to have a gluten free meal.

I got sick…Ate here with the make your own bowl option. Only added things explicitly labeled gluten free. Chef changed his gloves and cleaned the grill for me. The waitress came to check with me to ask whether canola oil was okay. Everyone seemed concerned and careful, not an environment where it’s really possible to mitigate cross contamination, since everything is made on the same grill. Do not recommend for celiacs.

They are not knowledgeable about gluten free beyond what’s marked on the menu. They don’t have a separate grill anymore so your food will be cooked on the same grill as all the gluten items. Maybe ok if you’re not celiac but I had to pass :/

Food was excellent - flavors, freshness, and hygiene surpassed expectations . They had labeled all the gluten free options but when it came to preparing it on the grill, there was gluten contamination despite letting the managerial staff know. Eat at your own risk!

I used to love this location. They always cleaned the grill for me and were cautious about where my food was on the grill. They recently changed the sauces. The only gluten free sauces now are a garlic pesto, hot chili and a cheese sauce. GROSS.
