They have a dedicated gluteen free menu on site. It is a build your own bowl resturant and everything is labeled gluteen free when giving your bowl to the cook they ask if you have any food allergies very gluteen friendly. If there is gluteen in your food it's most likely that you didnt pay attention to the options when making your bowl
no knowledge of gluten issues, no soy sauce that is gluten free and I got sick. manager was useless
I love GG bit every time I visit this location I have a problem. I would recommend the lake worth location instead.
Yes
the staff here were courteous and very knowledgeable about my needs. they directed me to the GF sauces and the cook assured me my dish would be cooked in a separate area so cross contamination would be minimized. I didn't chance the marinated steak and would recommend against it for other Celiacs as well. The food was delicious and I had no reactions, I will visit this establishment often. I did come early so it was not busy, I only mention this because I know when some places get busy a minor slip up is more likely.
Yes
Staff very helpful and courteous but the meat was less than tasty and my brown rice was crunchy. The veggies and such were fresh. Was concerned about buffet style and cross contamination. Cook cleaned off section on grill for me. Stomach felt a bit not right after and has been off all week. Not sure if it was gluten or something else. Probably won't go there again. Too nervous about it.
The manager was awesome! Thank you do much. Look for new gluten free menus in the upcoming year. The food was so good!
Our seven year old GF daughter loves this place! We go when they are not busy (to get best results) we pick what she likes then we get the Sweet'n Sour sauce (they only have 3 GF sauces) and we tell the chef she is gluten free, and they give us a blue number card (normally red) and we also advise the manager when we first arrive. We have never had a problem with the staff, they are always attentive to the situation and are very kind about the whole thing. Major recommendation *** they do NOT carry GF soy sauce. Take your own!! We get ours from a local HEB grocery store. *** hope this helps.
Food was good.
Common grill space with common grill tools for all food (as far as I could tell), so cross-contamination would be very possible.

I got sick…Ate here with the make your own bowl option. Only added things explicitly labeled gluten free. Chef changed his gloves and cleaned the grill for me. The waitress came to check with me to ask whether canola oil was okay. Everyone seemed concerned and careful, not an environment where it’s really possible to mitigate cross contamination, since everything is made on the same grill. Do not recommend for celiacs.

They are not knowledgeable about gluten free beyond what’s marked on the menu. They don’t have a separate grill anymore so your food will be cooked on the same grill as all the gluten items. Maybe ok if you’re not celiac but I had to pass :/

Food was excellent - flavors, freshness, and hygiene surpassed expectations . They had labeled all the gluten free options but when it came to preparing it on the grill, there was gluten contamination despite letting the managerial staff know. Eat at your own risk!

I used to love this location. They always cleaned the grill for me and were cautious about where my food was on the grill. They recently changed the sauces. The only gluten free sauces now are a garlic pesto, hot chili and a cheese sauce. GROSS.
