Conveyor belt style sushi, each section of items are labeled and mostly listed with symbols as they come around. On the menus it is fully listed with symbols for all the foods except desert and drinks (pictures below will show). They have gluten free soy sauce upon request available. It was very good and fresh sushi. I plan on returning many more times now that I know about this location :)

Delicious sushi, and fairly priced for the area. Most of the nigiri is gluten free and a good portion of the rolls as well. If you are nervous about contamination from the conveyor belt you can always request that they make things fresh. We haven’t had any issues with cc from items on the line but my spouse is only moderately sensitive.
