I'm a VERY sensitive celiac. The staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate this -- They've changed aprons, cutting boards and knives, you just have to say you're sensitive. FYI. The cheese bread is amazing.

Walked in to ask about Celiac precautions, as the guy was drying his hands on the old fashioned reusable roll rag machine (covered in flour) and his apron was covered in flour. The food may be prepared in a seperate kitchen, but its cooked in the normal oven with everything else. Every surface that I could see had flour on it. We appreciated the attempt, but my wife is WAY too celiac to risk the cross contamination possibility. I'm sure they do just fine for less sensitive, non-celiac people.

This place is great! Staff was very attentive regarding celiac. We had a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni. It was delicious! For dessert we had a Nutella pizza. Also delicious.

This place is nothing but amazing. I didn’t have to explain anything. As soon as I told him I had Celiacs he explained to me the process. I wasn’t limited on toppings. I got a 10 inch unlimited topping pizza for $13.49. There was no weird after taste. The dough was just right. It was too crispy. The guy made my pizza in the back in a separate area. The timing was perfect also. My pizza came out 2 minutes after my families so we were all able to eat together.

Wow! Best GF pizza I've had the option to try! And they understand celiac! They asked if it was allergy vs preference, then made it in back not on the line. At first I was worried because it was like $14 for an unlimited topped pizza (I got 6) but holy moly was it TOPPED! Loaded with everything I asked for. Nice crispy crust. 11/10 will go back!!!!!

Excellent experience! The workers knew exactly what to do when I told them I had Celiac. They told me what items I could get and were very safe to avoid cross contamination. The pizza and breadsticks were made in their own separate area of the kitchen and then placed on separate pans to be cooked in the brick fire oven. They even made sure to place my items on the other side of the counter from where they placed the normal pizzas. I was very impressed! I will definitely be back!

Gluten free pizza... really tasty. The owner was there and made my pizza in the back in a separate prep area. His nephew is celiac so he is very careful and he made me feel really comfortable eating there.

The pizza is wonderful and the staff is knowledgeable. They wash their hands before handling the food and do not bake in a contaminated area. This is by far the best GF crust I have had and the toppings on the pizza are very generous. The price is very reasonable too. Love!
