While they have an extensive gluten free menu and an allergin protocol our waitress said there's gluten everywhere in the kitchen and told my daughter to order from the salad area. We choose flatbread, which waitress said was in that section. Daughter got sick. 😞. Should have went with my gut that said don't order. Wouldn't recommend for celiac.

At lunch my wife ordered gluten free Shrimp Scampi with saffron rice. When it was served it came with what the waiter said was GF pasta. We were concerned so I tested it with my NIMA tester and it said it contained Gluten. When I told the waiter he didn’t seem to care and wasn’t interested in looking into why it contained Gluten. I will never eat there again. This happened on May 24, 2022.

Tons of great GF options. Take Celiac very serious. Had a wonderful, safe dinner! They even have lots of GF desert items. We had key lime pie and cheesecake that both had a GF crust and were amazing!

We had 3 Celiacs dining at this restaurant. We all 3 ordered the cauliflower crust pepperoni flatbread, shrimp cocktail and strawberry mojitos. Gf menu- many options. Server was knowledgeable. No issues with food. We decided last minute to dine here- I would have preferred to dine outside - inside is somewhat dark - no windows in the dining room. Bar area had windows.

The blackened grouper Ruben, served as a wrap to make it gluten-free, was excellent. The waitperson was fast and accurate, also seemed knowledgeable about gluten-free menu items. The outdoor seating had enough umbrellas to keep nearly all of the tables and chairs out of the sun. This was a terrific lunchtime experience.

I was blown away by their gluten free menu! There was so much to choose from, even prime rib which is hard to find so of course, that’s what I got! And their dessert list is mostly GF so that was fun also!

This was an amazing place to visit after a day at the beach! make reservations ahead of time, and sit outside if it's nice! they have a great gluten free menu, including pasta, Flatbreads, wraps and more. We enjoyed the veggie Flatbread as an app, and the seafood pasta and penne alfredo. They even brought us a creme brule as dessert for free! This is a must-eat at if you are in the area!

Such an extensive GF menu that you won’t be disappointed! The grouper Reuben was amazing, and nothing I’ve ever had before so I had to check it out. My daughter had a flatbread which she enjoyed. I’d definitely go back next time we’re down here visiting.

We did not knowingly save the best for last, but it turned out that way. We made reservations for 8, but arrived earlier than planned. They already had our table set up outside, it was perfect. The staff were ALL friendly. The food was amazing! Everyone loved their meal. It can be difficult to find restaurants that offer gluten-free options (needed for one kid) that are actually quite tasty and in addition, nut and seafood free (needed for sibling) options where there’s no cross contamination. Well this restaurant handled our family’s food allergies well AND they had a dessert menu with gluten-free AND nut free options that were AMAZING! The only recommendation I would make is to have a gluten free bread option in addition to the warm bread you bring to the table in the beginning. Everything was spectacular the food, service, just top notch. Our last night on our first visit to the island was memorable. Thank you!!

This was one of the best restaurant since diagnosed with celiac disease. Server was very aware and my food was delivered by a different server and discussed crossed contamination and was very aware. Fantastic experience! Great GF desserts as well.

This is the first time that I can say, that every single item was absolutely delicious. The waiter Torrey B was amazing and very knowledgeable. I have celiac disease and did not get sick. They even have GF desserts!

Staff knowledgeable- did not recommend anything fried. They do not have a GF fryer as far as we could figure out. Elected for a beef filet. Asked if they could clean grill and change utensils and they said they would. Can’t have dairy so we went with veggies as side and they put lemon juice and spice on it. There is a great menu with lots of options. Food was pretty good overall. Served the GF entre first.

Went here for dinner last night. Their two page gluten free menu is amazing!!! I had the pasta primavera with shrimp, and it was so good that my husband couldn’t even taste the difference between the regular pasta and the gf pasta. They also have several gf desserts!

Holy cow! So many options. Incredible food. Incredible deserts! Our waitress was also gluten free which was really nice. Will probably go again tomorrow...

Lots of gf options including gf flatbread and pasta. We had the gf pasta primavera which was pretty good. Also had the Alaskan crab special which comes with rice and broccoli- all gluten free. Blackened grouper was not gf but our friend said it was excellent. We enjoyed the artwork and the very attentive and friendly server.

They have an extensive GFMenu. Great Flatbreads, wraps, entrees. The best restaurant on Sanibel for Celiacs!

Huge GF menu (and delicious stuff) but cook their GF pasta in same pot as reg pasta, and wouldn't boil a separate pot of water (not a huge ask!) for our 9 yr old (celiac) daughter. If you can't bother to do that, tough to trust them to be careful with anything else. We just paid for our drinks and went to another restaurant. If your GF is just a lifestyle choice, its probably amazing....but if a food allergy, go somewhere else!

A little on the sweet side for me (i was being adventurous and trying something I wouldn't typically order, and this appeared to be popular). I'm glad I tried it. I would order it with the sauce on the side next time. The sides (i had rice and fresh veg) were amazing and delicious! We had a new app they were offering, lobster caprese type of dish (Beefy tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, stacked with lobster meat in each layer and the oil/pesto drizzle)-this was phenomenal!!! And of course, the GF keylime pie. Excellent!!!!

Celiac.... disappointing that they do not have a dedicated fryer. Could not have the sweet potato fries. Also disappointing that all food came out at once. The flat bread was very oily and not very good. Caprese salad was delicious as well as the grilled shrimp. Within 10 minutes had serious belly ache. I'm certain that I was glutened. Will throw away leftovers. Very expensive garbage!!!

Extensive gluten-free menu including several great pasta dishes. One of the owners is a celiac so the employees are knowledgable regarding celiac disease. My non-celiac husband loves the food too. Lots of great appetizers too, several a bargain during happy hour.

Came in for dinner with a party of 6. I was pleasantly surprised with the Gluten Free menu and ALL of the choices that were available. I decided on the Blackened Shrimp Po Boy Wrap with sweet potato fries. Will definitely return to try the other choices!

Service, food, quality was all exceptional!

Always a good option. My husband (not GF) says the food is average, but I haven't been disappointed. I had the GF margarita flatbread with grilled chicken. It was yummy! If I'm not mistaken, I think I remember one of the hostesses telling me that one of the owners has Celiac.

Very nice Gluten-Free menu. I had the blackened Grouper wrap with coleslaw which was very good. Please note that the sweet potato fries are NOT Gluten-Free, but are listed as an option on the Gluten-Free menu. I found this out by questioning the server, who immediately knew the answer. I have been glutened by supposedly Gluten-Free fries in the past, and I am now very careful.
