Geppeto's Pizza

I have been eating here since before I was diagnosed with Celiac and I had my fingers crossed I would find something! I got the cauliflower crust pizza with Alfredo, and the side salad (daily special) it was still so great and the staff there really care to not have cross contamination. I was even told by staff their process it made me feel safe eating there and the food is great!

the very best gluten-free pasta I have found. much much better than olive garden. geppetos in denver nc has a new brand of gluten-free pasta. get food very quickly and is wonderful

Their cauliflower pizza crust is amazing. It is truly my favorite GF pizza in a 30 mile radius.

This Italian / pizza restaurant offers gluten-free cities pasta in place of regular pastas in most all of their pasta dishes. They also offer a delicious cauliflower crust in sizes personal to large for any of their regular and specialty pizzas. They also serve salads for GF patrons.

Now called Maria's, same owners!! Maria and her brother owned Geppeto's and she bought him out... Best gluten free pizza ever!! Great sauce and lots of ingredients piled high!! Very friendly staff, great salad bar!!
