Requires some planning but overall a great experience. When you book, call Germaine’s at least 24 hours in advance and let them know you’re gf. They will have a veggie stir fry prepared. In addition they have their buffet marked gf and if you purchase the plumeria package have first access to the buffet. Highly recommend. I’m celiac and had a wonderful time.
The gluten free dinner they give you if you call ahead is horrible. There are gluten free options on the line. They taste WAY better. The only thing is there is always the chance of cross contamination because it is a buffet. But my daughter and I just ate rice and the Kalua pork and we were fine.
Performance was fantastic! Food was the worst that I have eaten in many years. They gave us a container filled with only vegetables and did not tell us about the buffet food until we asked for a manager and then they showed us the allergy choices. If going for the performance.... eat before you go!!

I expected to only be able to enjoy pineapple and wine at a luau, but was pleasantly surprised when I called ahead and they promised me a delicious gluten-free meal! The greeter who met us knew I was gf, and everyone else who took care of me was very knowledgeable and helpful!
