I am actually suggesting my business Get Cracking Kitchen. I sell whole grain gluten free cookies and tarts to the Rutland Area Food Coop and every week at the Vermont Farmer's Market. While all the food I bake is not gluten free, I bake the GF items very carefully...all the packaged goods are made on one day and the fresh pies, tarts, muffins etc are made in the morning, boxed up and then I make the gluten items. I cook with organic sugar, local eggs and whole grain flours like quinoa, millet, brown rice, and amaranth. I also source as much local produce as possible.
