You can't buy food here! but the owner is super nice!

I used to go to their sale days on Friday and I absolutely love their brownies, blondies, and chocolate chip cookies. The reason I'm only giving them two stars is because their recipes started using soy flour. I can barely handle the soy lecithin. I would become a regular customer again if they took out the soy.

Products can be purchased at certain retailers but they also have "SALE DAYS" where you can purchase at their manufacturing facility in Fairfield, NJ. You can also order their products online.

Totally celiac friendly and the hamburger buns are the best gluten free ones out there.

This is not a consumer bakery, it is a shipping facility in an industrial park, so do not bother driving to the address here. You need to buy their products from area retailers.

EXCELLENT! My favorite gluten free products I've had yet. Nothing tastes gluten free. Definitely recommended.

The cookies and brownies and blondies don't taste gluten free. The hamburger buns are excellent too.
