I had the dairy free sundae. It was so good. Coconut ice cream, dark chocolate and almond milk hot fudge. So delicious

We have been here a few times now. My Celiac daughter (who projectile vomits upon eating) eats Ghirardelli chocolate regularly as most of it is labeled correctly (I did notice some of the items in their ‘on-site’ store seemed to have possibilities of wheat when generally they do not, which is odd?!?). She’s had caramel and hot fudge sundaes both times. She’s even had the hot chocolate. The place is always super packed so I can see why they would say they can’t change scoops, but I think you are generally fine if you get something that doesn’t have brownies. They try to get the tables cleaned quickly but they turn over is so quick, you may want to consider bringing your own wipes for the table to avoid any cc that way.

We asked if we could get a sundae using a new bucket of ice cream and a clean scooper. Cashier said no. They have a policy against doing that. I spoke with the manager. He confirmed that policy but said because they were not busy, he would do it for us though he said none of the products are GF (which is inconsistent to what the website states). I just don’t think they want to be held liable if someone gets sick. We were fine. No reaction but I would not recommend as they were not allergy friendly at all.

Absolutely nothing gluten free.

When I asked about GF, the cashier got the manager. All he kept saying to my questions was “We are not a gluten free facility.” Even when I asked him if the ice cream was GF, he just repeated the phrase. Well, at least he was consistent. I guess they don’t want any one getting sick there...
