Ate here yesterday and did not get sick. I believe the buns are the new Udi's ones. The burger was good and the bun was soft. The fries are all gluten free. They prepare everything separately with a manager supervising the entire order. The only thing I was leary of was the section where you could add your own toppings (tomatoes, pickles, etc.) The items are all separate, but you don't know if someone touched the wheat buns with the tongs, so I'd suggest asking for sides from the back.
