I have celiac disease & have eaten safely at Gia Mia several times. Call ahead & speak with Randy of Meghan. They will tell you what GF options are available & explain their kitchen practices to avoid cross contamination. Delicious food, nice wine list & fun atmosphere.
Phenomenal experience from beginning to end. Knew exactly what celiac is and have procedures in place. It is a shared oven and space but take precautions. My celiac wife was blown away. Will be back!
Great food! So many choices. I had the arugula and blacken shrimp salad. Waitress checked with chef to make sure it was gluten free. Best salad I've had in years! Highly recommend.
