My wife and I both have Celiac. We spoke to our waitress about the concern for cross contamination. She said the kitchen staff uses separate working surfaces to avoid CC but would ensure she spoke to the head chef about our severe sensitivity. We ate the pizza (cooked in the same oven, but different surface) without any reaction.
Gluten free pizza crust and pasta are available. The pizza crust is thin and I think it’s made in house. Gluten free meatballs were delicious.
