Has your typical GF isle and frozen section. The meat and cheese in the deli is GF. Sometimes they have GF beer and they always have a GF cider. Stay away from most of the sushi (fake crab has wheat). Occasionally their is a GF section in the bakery as well.
Has a typical gluten free section in the health food isles. All deli meats and cheeses are gf. They also sometimes have a small gf section in the bakery with items not baked in the store. Gluten free chicken nuggets and pizza in the frozen sections.
Well, they have a gluten free section, but be sure to read labels VERY CAREFULLY because there are frequently items that contain wheat in the GF freezer case, and on the GF shelves. I have brought this to the manager’s attention multiple times, but my words continue to fall on deaf ears.
