Place was absolutely wonderful and felt completely safe with my meal. The manager, Jose, and our server were both knowledgeable about celiac and went above and beyond. They have GF pizza crust and pasta. Alfredo sauce is GF. They said they used a separate area for prep, use separate and clean equipment, and have a designated oven for the pizza that gluten is not used in. Didn’t bring out the aioli until they checked with us b/c kitchen staff weren’t positive that the spoon in it hadn’t come in contact with something at some point. Opened new containers of dressings to be extra cautious. Took it very serious! Food was delicious too!!
They have GF pasta, sauces, and pizza options. The GF penne Alfredo was really good and my celiac daughter felt great after eating. Food was a little high priced but overall very good experience with considerate and kind wait staff! Not too busy on a Sat night so that was also great! Also when we called ahead to ask about their GF safety, they got a manager on the phone to help answer questions who appeared knowledgeable about how to keep the food clean.
