Review of GiGi's Pizza

I was pleasantly surprised with the pizza here. Often GF pizza crusts are soggy and have an undesirable after taste. Their crust is crispy if a bit crumbly but held together well. It tastes like Glutinos flour. They even provided a GF pizza cutter! The cutter said Conte's so maybe that's the crust brand.
