Hands down the best pizza I’ve had since being diagnosed with Celiac disease. My wife ordered a regular pizza and could barely tell the difference. The owner is an authentic master pizza chef and they make their own gluten free bread, croutons, pizza, and dessert. The staff was so friendly and attentive and they explained the gluten free is an entirely delegate preparation area. On top of the safety, the pizza was absolutely delicious. The toppings and different pizzas on the menu has us coming back for takeout after dining in. I’ve truly missed ‘real’ pizza since being celiac and this gave me nothing to miss. I’d fly back to Florida just to pick up a pizza.
