The pizza was amazing! Probably the best gluten free pizza I’ve had. The portion of pizza was bigger than I anticipated, since gf pizza usually isn’t big. Ordering was easy as all the gluten free items were marked on the menu.

They have a homemade GF pizza crust. It is the best GF pizza I have had in 10 years. The kitchen cannot guarantee there is no cross contamination and I am pretty sensitive and did not get sick. I would definitely go back. They also have GF Pasta and salads.

So much cross contamination I got so sick
The staff were completely honest and told me that they cannot avoid cross contamination as the pizzas are cooked in the same oven. We left soon afterwards.
Staff was knowledgeable and honest about the high chance of contamination. Pasta was horrible! Under cook, tough and did not taste good.
Had a pasta with meat sauce. It had really good flavor. They use gluten free barilla pasta per the waiter. That happens to be my favorite! Fiance had regular (non gf) pizza and loved it.
Had a gluten free base and allows you to choose your own toppings. Very yummy. Similar prices to regular pizzas
I'm in my hotel holding my stomach in pain. Pizza was delicious but a "slight chance" of cross contamination seems certain to me. So much pain
2 options for pasta, we had the fettuccine. Really nice and a great price for 2. We were warned that the pizzas could have some cross contamination due to the pizzas being prepared in same place as wheat pizzas.

They have a gluten free thin crust pizza which I ordered and didn't get sick. The crust wasn't really that good but it was still an okay pizza. Pretty expensive for it's quality though ($25) but at least the pizza was big in size.
They do have GF pizza and GF pasta but I was told neither were celiac safe. The pasta is cooked in same water as regular pasta. I had a feeling, coming to a big pizza place like this, that this would be the case so I’m not super disappointed but is still kind of a bummer. I hate when they label everything GF but it’s really not. Ended up getting the Greek salad
This is the best deep dish gluten free pizza I have ever had! They have gf marked on menu, and their gf crust is very good. My son (who is not gf) actually liked it. That says alot! I did not even mention I am celiac, and I didn't get a reaction.
Considering my jet picked me up and my African American limo driver who calls me sir drove me to this restaurant after I said "you know the spot" I thought I'd have a better experience.
First of all the owner greets us and says my table is ready. Can you say creepy?
Then for no reason at all he's lurking between me and my girlfriend, man handling these tomatoes and starts ranting about some 30 year olds fresh ingredients as he holds up his grimey tomatoe like he's the Hamlet of pizza.

Pizza tasted ok but I was ill and the place has massive contamination issues. I had a seat that could see into the kitchen and the gluten free pizzas were cut with the same tools and because the place is so busy, there were pizzas stacked up on top of each other including gluten free
Gluten free pasta and pizza what more can you ask for!! I ordered the bbq bacon chicken pizza and it was amazing!! The bbq sauce is a bit sweet so if you are looking for something more Italian tasting I would go with the regular sauce, but it is still delicious. Thin crust was suggested by the server but they do have deep dish gluten free as well. Everything is made fresh in house every order so our pizza took 45 minutes but well worth the wait!! So yummy!!
FYI I just called about the GF pasta I wanted to confirm that it was cooked in a separate pot. The hostess confirmed with the kitchen that they don't cook the pasta separately, however they would upon request. Be safe out there.
They menu has items labeled GF and it lists a GF thin crust. Though not listed on the menu they have a GF pan crust as well, which I had. The pizza taste was fine, but the crust was so tough that I could barely cut it. Not sure if that is typical or if my pizza was over cooked.
We have been to several locations they all are gluten free friendly this one is by far NOT gluten free friendly. They do not offer the deep dish pizza and options are limited. Staff does not know what options are available and always seem to rush you to order simply a salad.
They have gluten free crust but cook it in same rotating oven with other pizza. Not safe for celiac. The manager did offer to cook gf pasta separately for my celiac son who truly was looking forward to gf Chicago pizza.
This was the best pizza I have had in a long time! Very awesome to have a deep dish pizza. Not sure if there was cross contamination because I am not overly sensitive. However even if I was I would risk getting sick because the pizza was worth it.
5 star GF deep dish cheese was super yummy! Sauce had a robust fresh flavor. I called ahead before traveling to Chicago to verify they offered deep dish and also called while in town. I learned several at this location were unaware they offered deep dish gf until I told them. Those who I encountered to be unaware, had to verify with their manager. The lack of knowledge and several telling me they didn't offer it I rate a 1 star.
GLUTEN. FREE. DEEP DISH. Does anything else need to be said? It wasn't quite as thick as the regular deep dish crust, but it was still so so so yummy to someone who hasn't had deep dish pizza in 10 years. Also have 2 kinds of gf beers. Will definitely be coming back!
It's nice that they are making an effort to provide GF deep dish pizza, but they have some work to do. I should say I do not have celiac, only an allergy to wheat so GF gives me those options.
I called ahead and was told i could get GF small pizza in either thin crust or deep dish. The server said it was only available in thin crust. I had to correct him. he had no real understanding of their GF options and if I had not been assertive I would have had to get a small thin crust and then pay over $2 for each topping.
As it turns out I should have just had thin crust. Their GF deep dish crust was way overdone around the edges to the point of being almost too hard to bite through. And the bottom was basically uncooked. This could be because the sauce was more like tomato soup than pizza sauce. They should have baked the crust at least partially before adding ingredients.
It WAS edible... just not enjoyable. I offered my leftovers to a homeless man and I'm hoping he enjoyed it more than I did.
Still... 2 stars for making the effort.
Pizza was very good. I went there twice. The first time I asked them to cook the crust crispy and I liked that pizza better than the second time when I forgot to ask. They said they also have GF pasta but not the Alfredo sauce because it comes premixed. I thought that sounded odd. The thin crust GF pizza was good and I would go again. About $19 for a 1-topping pizza. They called it a small but it was pretty big for a GF pizza.
Gluten free pizza-thin crust- with pepperoni (it's underneath the cheese)!!!! Pizza took a longer time to cook but worth the wait!!! One of the best pizzas I've ever had. Tasted like regular pizza
Food was very good. They do warn that they cannot guarantee against cross contamination! Terrible service, took 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our pizza and seemed to really not care! Terrible service!!!!
Got extremely sick from the gf pizza from the Glen Ellyn location. Had an opportunity to try the Giordano's at another location but was told by a server that they don't recommend the gf pizza for people with Celiac because of cross contamination. Giordano's is now on my Do Not Eat list.
My husband and I went here while traveling in Chicago. It was our first dinner of our vacation, and I used the app to pick a place. When we got there, the manager (I'm assuming) was very nice. But our waiter was short with us and not very helpful.
I decided on the pasta, as I didn't want a pizza all to myself. Also, their menu said "no gluten" pizza, instead of gluten free. It made me very skeptical. The wait staff assured me that they use a dedicated pot with clean water each time for the pasta, and dedicated utensils. I tried to find a protein to add to my pasta, and the waiter said none of it was gluten free because it was all marinated. After talking (in English) to the manager, we finally decided that I could have the Shrimp. There was also a lack of knowledge if their salad dressing was gluten free. It was a bit frustrating.
So, finally I put in my order and my husband and my friend ordered their deep dish pizza. They said it would take 40 minutes, which was fine because I hadn't seen my childhood friend in 10 years.
When they finally bring their pizza out, the waiter said it would take 5 more minutes to cook my pasta since it was gluten free. What?!?! They just had 40 minutes to cook a pizza! During that time they had brought out my shrimp on a separate plate, which was turning cold, because I was going to add it to my pasta. I tried to be pleasant and polite, and just smile. And wait.
The manager finally came over to our table and apologized because the cook had messed up my gluten free pasta by cooking it in the wrong pot and water, therefore cross-contaminating it. While I was appreciative of the manager, I was even MORE upset with the waiter because he wasn't going to have the guts to tell me the truth. The manager told me that they wold not be charging me for my meal. I said thank you, while inside I was thinking- "that's right I'm not paying for this."
They took so long in bringing out my pasta that my husband and friend where totally finished with their meal and I had to take my meal "to go" back to her house. Let's just say that I was less than pleased.
I was so hungry when we got back to her house (like 9:15 at night) that I devoured the whole thing. It did taste good, but it would have been best served at the restaurant, on time, with my friends.
