I successor when ordering that it was a gluten allergy so I needed all clean utensils and surfaces. He made note of it, but definitely didn’t sound like they always do this. I didn’t get sick, but the pizza wasn’t very good. I wouldn’t order again.

Beware!!! The advertise GF items including pizza. However use all the same utensils to dress the pizza. When asked, have a limited understanding of why that would be an issue. Kitchen staff seem to have limited training, and less care about the reasons people order or as they put it "choose" GF items.

Separate gluten free menu. Not dedicated area but told they wipe down/clean before preparing GF dough. Daughter had GF pizza and had no reaction; she has a severe sensitivity- Celiac’s disease.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable on celiac disease and made sure the whole meal was GF. The pizza crust was the best crust I have ever eaten. And they treated us so well. We will be back

We went to the Winter Park location. Not every location has gluten free pizza. Best gluten free crisp crust I’ve ever had! Tastes like regular pizza! Call their location before you go to make sure they have gluten free pizza.

The attempt and sincerity is here. I'm afraid the education and facility is not quite celiac friendly yet. If we lived here would attempt to educate further. Food is good just getting cross contamination. I didn't ask about making sure they cook the gf pasta in its own water. Had gf margerita pizza and gf chicken Verona pasta.
