Finally tried the gluten free pizza and it did not disappoint. It’s very close to their original crust, available in a generous 10-inch size. So glad I can enjoy pizza with my family again!
Stopped here after our trip to Wright-Patt Museum with our kiddos. Super impressed with the menu and how much they can make gluten free. The owners mom is celiac so they take great strides to make good and safe GF food.

Absolutely fantastic pizza! This is a hometown favorite and I stopped going when I was diagnosed. Big mistake, they know what they're doing for sure. They have GF pasta but I haven't tried it yet. They use corn meal on the bottom of the pizza so there isn't flour anywhere in the pizza making area. They make their dough in a separate area. Celiacs...I'd bit a bit cautious, however, I'm pretty sensitive and I didn't any issues. I didn't ask about separate pasta water since I wasn't eating pasta.
My favorite place in Fairborn, so far. The 9" pizza is perfect for me, the pasta actually tastes like the real thing (same quality GF pasta I had in Italy), very nice and knowledgeable staff, and OMG affordable!
The pizza was amazing 9" could feed two people. Their house dressing is gluten free for the salad. Going to try the pasta next.
