Owner's wife has celiac. They understand cross contamination and have separate kitchen space for food prep. They offer pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salads. They will even oven bake wings or fries if the customer desires. Wonderful food with great prices.
Waitress was knowledgeable and pizza was delicious. It isn't as good when they fix the toppings under the cheese which is about 50-75% of the time. Just request the toppings on the outside of the cheese if that's how you like it! I didn't have a gluten reaction to the pizza.
I can not say enough about this restaurant . The owner came out and spoke with us . He even gave us other places to eat in different states that are gluten free. I ate a turkey wrap and it was out of this world . The owner makes these wraps from scratch I was informed . I've been gluten free for 10 years and this is the best wrap I have ever had . Bravo !!!!!
