They have a gf bun option marked on menu for burgers. The person taking the orders didn't think the fries were gf but the lady making the orders reassured they were. I saw they were fried in their own fryer and the cooks changed gloves when making the burger. Taste and quality were pretty good for it being cafeteria style. No reaction!

Gf burger buns ! AND fries in a separate fryer!!! They were good about cross contamination when I told them about celiac!!! Happy about my experience and the food here!

Gladys' Diner at Graceland. They have GF options listed on a board on the counter, not on the overhead menu. GF buns for hot dogs, chicken sandwiches & burgers. Pizza baked in same oven as gluten pizza. Watched them prep prepackaged GF (Udi's) bun for my chicken sandwich. Staff changed gloves before opening the package they heated the frozen bun in the microwave. I did not get sick.

I was ravenous by the time I got here, excited about the prospects of a gf chicken sandwich or even pizza! Unfortunately, it was after 2pm and there was no pizza or chicken. I was able to get a veggie burger with gf fries and it was much better than other veggie burgers I’ve had. It had a touch of spice to it and I could see black beans in it. I even forgot to add my toppings, except ketchup. I would’ve loved a milkshake but lactose intolerance and I wasn’t finished sightseeing. Honestly very pleased the site had offerings at each restaurant!

Had a GF burger and fries. Dedicated fryer and the microwaved the GF bun in it's bag, so no cross contamination. Very helpful!

Not recommended if you are sensitive to cross contamination. Had a burger on a gf bun last night with fries (dedicated fryer) and I am suffering today.

Kid's enjoyed the GF pizza, fries and hot dog without issue. (Be weary of the nearby sandwich stand. I am very sensitive so I got fruit cups from there figuring it was safer and I was glutened. Kid's were fine.)
