Glaze Teriyaki

This place is right around the corner from my office. They are super nice and answered my questions about what is ok for a celiac. This a young woman there working the front desk that is incredibly helpful.

I had the rice, salad and chicken thigh bowl. Make sure you go through gluten fee options for the sauces. The standard teriyaki is not gf so ask. Only one of the salad dressings are gf so be careful when selecting.

There is a spot to make sure it’s gf so they prepare it in a different area.

Yummy and filling and reasonably priced. Used my own gf soy sauce and siracha to spice it up a bit.
