Did a mobile takeout order through their website while on a road trip. When I went to eat my food 2 hours and 150 miles later, the chicken was wrapped in pita even though I had specifically ordered from the gluten free menu. Called to complain and was told they could re-make. When I said I was 2 hours away I was told they would mail me a gift card, which I also declined because I do not live anywhere near any of these restaurants. Finally a manager agreed to refund the order. But now I’m stuck with nothing for dinner. I will not be giving them my business again.
