I have not been able to eat out without getting sick due to cross contamination. Glory Days has changed this. The manager oversees your food being prepared, which they use separate gloves, fryers, cutting boards, etc for. The manager then personally brings your food to you, all to ensure no cross contamination occurs. The gluten free menu is extensive and they have gluten free buns. Such a great experience, this will definitely be my go to place from now on.
