We had an excellent first experience at another Glory Days location so we decided to take some friends out for dinner a few nights later at the Cooper Creek location that was closer to us. It was a disaster! The food did not taste the same at all. Yes, they have gluten-free buns, but they serve them cold. The other location knew that they would taste better if they were buttered and grilled up a bit. They were out of Coke and would not make us the gluten-free tortillas for the buffalo dip because they said it would take 25 minutes! They served the two gluten-free people at the table and failed to bring the order the other couple made, and instead delivered it to the table next to us. Then, they seated a table of 10 and all of them got their food before the other two people at our table. We never saw a manager. Our server tried his best to deal with all of this… and us, but we never had a manager come over to see what the problem was or to offer an apology. We will NOT return to this location, no matter how good the food is.
Always enjoy Glory Days. Lots of gluten free options including the fries and nachos.
Have been twice and ordered a house salad with salmon. Excellent both times. All the salad dressings are gluten free. My husband ordered fried fish with fries. I inquired if the fries are gluten free and the waitress said all the fries are gluten free. So since I wanted a few; the fries were served on a separate plate as to not cross contaminate. The wait team were knowledgeable and accommodating regarding gluten free.

Dedicated frier! Any place I can get safe fries is good with me. They have gluten free buns and they are great about keeping you safe. I don’t know about other locations but this one is fantastic and safe for celiacs.
They have gluten free buns. I got the bbq ribs with French fries and my gluten detection dog signed gluten free and I still feel great.

The manager (I think his name was Mike) was VERY knowledgeable about cross contamination. They have different cooking utensils and friers. Very impressed! It was our best restaurant experience so far!
We’ve stopped here on numerous occasions and have never had any gluten problems. The staff is knowledgeable and there is a variety of good tasting food! We’ve tried some of the burgers, a chicken sandwich, and the loaded nachos. The gluten free buns are really good!
Changed. Use to be able to eat here and be safe and no longer. We now get our wings from Wegmans!
They have a gluten free menu. Food was pretty good. No problems with cross contamination that I'm aware of. We've gone 2 times now.
