Not bad food, but lacking in the customer service department. Your food will only take you so far. 😬 I have been a customer for years, but every time I go there now I regret wasting my money. Who wants to support a business that has snotty owners? No thanks!

I gave 4 stars because I haven’t tried the good. Ok ok, I went in to see what they offered. The man working today was so kind and helpful. He went over all the products with me and even brought some out from the freezer so I could see how they were packaged. He couldn’t have been any nicer. I can’t wait to try some of their offerings.

This place has continuusly giving less food and increased cost over the years. Also they charge $2 for a to go container. The donuts and scones taste like cake not the named items. cupcakes are tasty enough but not amazing. I used to be able to get a bisquit with 2 slices of fried green tomatoes and onion jam and bacon for around $6. Recently I was charged $14 for a total of 2 bisquits and 2 slices of friend green tomatoes. Absurd. The location was cute and I have not gotten sick. parking and getting in and out is terrible. i will no longer go there. I make better at home and can't justify ever increasing costs and decreasing portions.

Owner Response

Thank you so much for the untrue review. You failed to tell the whole story of what you ordered for lunch. I have a copy of your receipt under your square profile. You ordered a fried green tomato biscuit sandwich which comes with a side...(which you failed to mention) the biscuit sandwich comes with 2 slices of fried green tomato, bacon and onion jam. Our portions have not gotten smaller. We do charge a $1 not $2 like you stated for to go packaging which includes an earth friendly lunch box, plastic cutlery, container for your side item and a container for the onion jam. Our prices have increased slightly due to the high costs of organic clean ingredients. If you don’t value an establishment like Gluten Free Cutie then that’s ok! Have fun baking your own food!

So awesome! Cutest place ever-indoor and outdoor seating, private party rental option. I had the raspberry-filled benignets and cheddar bacon cheese biscuit. They sell the biscuits by the frozen sleeve and have bagels as well. Cake pops, donuts, coffee cake are also available. So good!

It taste so good you can't even tell it is gluten free! I would choose to go here over any gluten bakery. Me and my husband recently had to go gf for medical reasons, and it has not been easy- so finding Gluten Free Cutie has been the biggest blessing!

Their GF biscuits were so dry that they were inedible! Considering what I paid for them, I was very disappointed! Also, their cupcakes weren't a hit with the kids! Very unfortunate.

I'm so glad this place isn't near me, I'd be the size of a boat! Had a gf df ice cream sandwich that was beyond words and just ate my pretzel dog, if I had another I think I could've ate 2. I brought home pizza crust, bagels, and biscuits that I can't wait to get into. Really fair prices too. You can even order online and have it shipped to you. Cute place with a little patio out back. Also they were super nice! We got caught in a storm and they offered to let me change into dry clothes in their bathroom lol.

This is a great family run business so warm and welcoming! Such an adorable little house and I love eating lunch on the back porch. I eat here at least once a week! The fried green tomato biscuit and mac n cheese are amazing. I love the breakfast on Saturday and the beignets!!!!! So thankful to have a place like this to go.

I've given this place three chances.

1st time - ordered one of the biscuit sandwiches and mac and cheese. They were okay. Had a weird flavor so I've definitely had better.

2nd time - ordered a muffin. There was a kid (owner's daughter/granddaughter?) helping behind the counter. She got the muffin out and put it in a bag. She touched the top of it several times with her bare hands all while the adult woman was watching. I didn't even eat the muffin because I obviously didn't want to get sick. I was very disappointed in their cleanliness and professionalism as well as customer service in this situation.

3rd time - Went out of my way to get here because I was starving and figured I would give them another shot. Arrived at 1:30 and the lights were on, but the door was locked. No sign on the door saying when they would be back or anything.

Very nice, accommodating staff. The food is excellent and the coffee is great! The fact that everything is gluten free is awesome and rare. I even bought 2 cake pops (that are huge) and a pre-made ready to bake cinnamon roll to bring home! I'm so excited to finally have a place where everything is safe to eat. The house it's located in is so adorable too, including the back 'porch' area with plants and succulents adorning the tables.

I went to two GF cupcake places today to try them out. The 1st store in Alpharetta called 2BWhole was not good at all. "Yuck!" Was my son's response to the cupcakes. He spit them out.

My son's reaction to Gluten Free Cutie's cupcake, "Daddy this cupcake tastes so good!" This place is a Gluten Free GOLD MINE!! Our new favorite dessert place. Thank you Gluten Free Cutie.

Update: LOVE THE NEW STORE LOCATION!

The cupcakes are AMAZING. They are so soft not like other GF bakeries around town. This is also a dedicated facility not like the other cupcake shops that offer 1 GF flavor baked in a gluten filled facility! The frosting is so wonderful, light and not overly sweet. Top quality ingredients too. The staff and the owner are so nice! I will definitely become a regular and I cant wait to try all the new items they will have once they move.

We stopped by gluten free cutie because we had seen all of the great reviews. Inside, the atmosphere was very welcoming, and all of the employees were very nice and helpful about other gluten free restaurants nearby. We ended up getting several cake pops, and a container of doughnuts. There were also sodas, cupcakes, candy, bread, bagels, a lunch menu, and a breakfast menu. And the whole bakery was dedicated gluten free, and were free of other allergens as well.
