It is a bakery but everything is frozen. Lots of variety and would be perfect for a party but very few grab and go, single serving items. I got a jumbo cupcake and it was really good just had to leave it out on the counter for a bit.

everything i’ve gotten here is absolutely amazing. i love it and it has helped me cope with not being able to eat any fresh good quality deserts/food due to having celiac. also haven’t been able to find a non-canned gluten free chicken noodle soup till here which is AMAZING.

Learned of their donuts when we tried to find a cider mill with gluten free options. The donuts are made in a dedicated facility and pre wrapped in packs of two so there’s no chance of cross contamination. We got ours at Yates and my 11 yo daughter with celiac LOVED them. I went to the actual bakery the following week and got more in a couple different flavors. Planning on going back to try lots of other goodies!

But I have to deduct a star because it's so frustrating that they freeze everything. Nothing is available fresh except during packi day. Also, they are very expensive.

Called there Friday to find out what all they carry that was not only gluten free but also dairy free. I can't remember her name but she rattled off a few suggestions and was super helpful. I needed them that evening so she took them out of the freezer for me so that it would be ready to eat when I got there. I got the chocolate and the sprinkle donuts and the bumpy style cake. Took it all to our party and it was all a hit. And it was all amazing. We will be back for sure.

This place is a life saver. I was diagnosed with celiacs a year ago at 25 and I am a very picky eater. This place offers all the entrees and desserts I thought I could never have again, and they taste delicious! I shared some with my family when they visited from out of state and they were surprised when I told them it was all gluten free, everything was a big hit! My FAVORITE are the cinnamon rolls, mozzarella sticks, and corn bread! I even sent my mom back to NJ with some hamburger buns because she wouldn't stop raving about them and she can eat gluten!

Their bread is awesome and they have lots of other options too!

My daughter and all her friends (not celiac) LOVE the brownie dessert!!!

Fantastic GF baked goods. They even made a sandwich for me when I was there and needed lunch! Very good! First time I ever had gluten free cannoli too! Update to my original review of several years ago: This business has changed hands, they do not have near the baked goods they used to? It was very disappointing. It also seemed as though gluten free and dairy free is almost non existent. A very noticeable difference from the original "Celiac Specialties". What they do have is still tasty. Just not a large selection and a little pricey

Kleinbr1 I am not sure what you are referring to regarding huge flies and animal droppings? Just so you are aware, we have been inspected several times by the FDA AND the Agricultural Department over the past 20 years, including this past year. If we did not pass inspection, THEY would have shut us down immediately. We do not have animals coming through our bakery so the only thing I could imagine you thinking was " animal droppings" were curled up leaves that blew in when customers came through the door, along with flies. I don't recall you bringing this up to anyone on staff ( my being one of them) if you were that concerned about the cleanliness and possibly being in the presence of animal droppings. If what you say is true, no one would dare be walking through my doors, and yet we get new and return customers coming through every single day. It's too bad that your perception of our establishment doesn't seem to jive with the rest of the customers who thank us daily for being here for them. But we are all entitled to our opinion. Best of luck to you in finding a place that meets your standards. I value the opinion of the FDA and the Agricultural Department in finding us safe and up to code to serve food

It's nice to have a dedicated gf bakery but this one I won't go to anymore. The cleanliness of this bakery needs to be fixed immediately. There is no way it would pass inspection. The huge flies and animal droppings are disgusting. If that's in the store part what does the kitchen look like? They definitely have a problem.
