A phenomenal bakery— highly, highly recommended!!!

The entire store is gluten free! I went in for a donut and came out with SO much more 😁. I truly felt like a little kid in a candy store! They have so many sweet treats that I thought I would never be able to have again (after being gluten and dairy free). I got a Boston Cream Pie, tasted just like I remembered as a kid. I also got a Chocolate Bump cake. No one in my family could taste the difference (I'm the only gluten and dairy free person in my family). Everything thing in the store was in freezers to stay fresh, just thaw out and enjoy. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a sweet treat. The staff was so nice.

From the owner
We offer a variety of desserts, bread products, appetizer foods and meals. We are best known for our Donuts, which are offered at many Michigan area Cider Mills (safely sealed in our facility for no cross contamination). Also, our Brioche, and our Cakes/ Cupcakes.
Most of our items are frozen. We freeze them as soon as they are cooled, so that when you buy them, they are at their most fresh, and peak flavor. We don't want it to taste stale, or like it has sat out for a long time. Once we get more established in our new location, we hope to offer a small selection of fresh, single serve items, as well as sandwiches and a few other fresh offerings.

100% gluten free bakery. Baked goods are in freezers to maintain freshness and on some days, fresh sandwiches are made.

It is a bakery but everything is frozen. Lots of variety and would be perfect for a party but very few grab and go, single serving items. I got a jumbo cupcake and it was really good just had to leave it out on the counter for a bit.

everything i’ve gotten here is absolutely amazing. i love it and it has helped me cope with not being able to eat any fresh good quality deserts/food due to having celiac. also haven’t been able to find a non-canned gluten free chicken noodle soup till here which is AMAZING.

Learned of their donuts when we tried to find a cider mill with gluten free options. The donuts are made in a dedicated facility and pre wrapped in packs of two so there’s no chance of cross contamination. We got ours at Yates and my 11 yo daughter with celiac LOVED them. I went to the actual bakery the following week and got more in a couple different flavors. Planning on going back to try lots of other goodies!

So good! Mozz sticks are awesome and the paradise cake is to die for! Pitas were great, first time we had those in 10 years!
Everything is refrigerated or frozen - regardless I’m jazzed to have delicious donuts for breakfast and veggie samosas later for lunch!

dough balls that are multi use from pizza to soft pretzels. amazing baked goods!!! and the potato bacon soup 😍😍 the variety is amazing and the staff is so friendly. totally worth the 30 min drive
5 stars for safe and delicious gluten free baked goods.
But I have to deduct a star because it's so frustrating that they freeze everything. Nothing is available fresh except during packi day. Also, they are very expensive.

Dedicated gluten free facility. Knowledgeable about all their items. Friendly staff, they will make custom items upon request. The cake we ordered was beautiful and delicious! Make sure to try their non-sweets, all of them are delicious!
This is not a place to sit & have lunch. They are a GF dedicated bakery that you can purchase things to take home.
The shop is dirty. I was honestly concerned about how safe the food was. Also it isn't very good. I've definitely had better
Called there Friday to find out what all they carry that was not only gluten free but also dairy free. I can't remember her name but she rattled off a few suggestions and was super helpful. I needed them that evening so she took them out of the freezer for me so that it would be ready to eat when I got there. I got the chocolate and the sprinkle donuts and the bumpy style cake. Took it all to our party and it was all a hit. And it was all amazing. We will be back for sure.
This place is a life saver. I was diagnosed with celiacs a year ago at 25 and I am a very picky eater. This place offers all the entrees and desserts I thought I could never have again, and they taste delicious! I shared some with my family when they visited from out of state and they were surprised when I told them it was all gluten free, everything was a big hit! My FAVORITE are the cinnamon rolls, mozzarella sticks, and corn bread! I even sent my mom back to NJ with some hamburger buns because she wouldn't stop raving about them and she can eat gluten!

Cupcakes, coffee cake, doughnuts, wraps, biscuits are all delicious! I wasn't too fond of the butritos...they had no taste. Great customer service.

Had my very fest paczki from this location. They are baked, not fried, which my husband thought tasted even better. Their samoa donuts were delicious as well.
