When we asked for bagels, all they had was a frozen package of commercially cinnamon raisin bagels in a yellow bag (guessing Udi’s). This was not what I was looking for. However, they offered a choice of 3 gluten free wraps (regular, spinach and tomato!) and when I ate it, I was almost scared that it had gluten because it tasted just like the real thing. But I didn’t get sick so I know it was fine. They offered to put the sandwich on the grill, as well. (I declined) Good option for a quick casual bite when you’re running around and need something healthier than pizza. Friendly accommodating staff with all my questions.

They have Several varieties of gluten-free bagels which they will custom make to your liking in a breakfast sandwich
