They have gluten free dough but do not take any precautions to prevent cross contamination, the pizza is all made on the same surface and cooked in the same oven in non dedicated trays and then placed on the oven rack to crisp it up. Completely unsafe for anyone with serious allergy or celiac disease.
Standard pizza place which offers gluten-free pizzas. The gluten-free crust was excellent. The takeout pizza boxes didn't have any signifying marks to distinguish which was gluten-free, but a quick check of the pizzas made it visually obvious.
The level of care, it seems, is spotty at best. I've gotten glutened from their GF pizza, and sometimes not. Ever hopeful I keep ordering, but no more. Ordered a GF pizza Friday night. By Saturday I was sick, by Sunday my day 2 symptoms appeared. By Monday, it was obvious. I'd been gluten. This makes me sad, as they are close to where I live and the next best GF pizza is in Troy.
The only positive thing is that the crust was from a local baker (so they claim) not prepackaged and frozen like most places. Had it not been for that I would have ranked this with one star; I ordered 2 medium gf pizzas and both orders were wrong. For over $40 this was a huge disappointment and over priced for such poor service.
