Not at all worried about the food being cross contaminated with gluten… but I’m gonna be honest. The only reason to go here is because it’s like the only bbq place for miles. Very much not impressed with the meats themselves. The sides were excellent though.

The food is excellent but I ordered a pulled chicken sandwich and it was not a sandwich just some chicken. Probably shouldn’t make it a gluten fee option if you don’t have gluten free rolls

The BEST BBQ I’ve ever had in my life. They have a separate fryer and most of the menu is gluten free. They take great precautions! Yummy ciders on tap too!

Very knowledgeable staff. Fresh food, dedicated fryer. My faves are the loaded fries and parmesan garlic wings.

Great gluten free options! Staff was knowledgeable about what is gluten free, and clearly marked our takeout boxes. They have a dedicated GF fryer for fries and tater tots. Definitely recommend if you like BBQ

All meats and sauces are GF. Used separate fryer for sweet potato tots. Homemade sides. No GF cornbread.
