Review of Goose Feathers An Express Cafe & Bakery

Had the eggle bagel on gluten free plain bagel with eggs, cheese, and bacon. It was very hot, texture of the bagel was moist and not crumbly, and over all it was good. It cost $9 which felt like a lot though. The staff seemed knowledgeable and asked if it could be around other bread items (I'm not celiac, just sensitive so minor contamination doesn't affect me and I said I didn't mind if it was cut and toasted in the same area as regular breads). Only gluten free items they had were gf plain bagel, gf cinnamon sugar bagel, one kind of gf muffin, and gf bread.
