Goshi Japanese Restaurant

The last time I ate here I had a server that was unaware of their gluten free options and I asked our server to check with the cook. Yes indeed, they had options for me! Some of their sauces are already made up and unavailable as gluten free options, but many of their menu items can be made for gluten sensitive people. No dedicated kitchen though.

Although a GF menu would be nice, if you love sushi, you will not be disappointed! Best sushi place in the area by far and they'll bring you GF tamari soy sauce to your table. Substitute real crab on any roll containing crab. The staff is knowledgable and will substitute ingredients for you. They have a GF rice beer also called Echigo. Yum!

This restaurant does not offer a gluten free menu. After getting very excited that I might get to eat Japanese we found out that they only sit a bottle of wheat free soy sauce on the table. The waiter said they had never made anything gluten free and used regular soy sauce to cook with.
