Gourmet pizza has high-quality GF crusts. However, staff said that their preparation protocols are not safe for highly sensitive individuals (e.g. they do not use separate trays or ovens). They do have one celiac customer that reports no issues, but would otherwise recommend against it. Despite my disappointment, I appreciated their ability to be honest and up front.

We ordered pizzas and wings and enjoyed them all! This place will be one of our go-to’s when we want a local slice, the gluten free pizzas were delicious. The wing sauces left something to be wanting: the BBQ wasn’t tasty and the hot spicy was not spicy. We’ll try other sauces on the next order.
The menu only indicates that pizzas can be gluten free but does not provide info on toppings or other foods. We thus called ahead to inquire and make our order (though we tend to avoid ordering online anyways due to celiac). Staff are well-informed and the order was made quick—pizza were delivered within 20min as well. We’ll be back!
