Advertised in the restaurant it says 100% GF which isn’t accurate bc they have wheat wraps. I am not sure how careful they are with making sure the wheat wraps don’t touch and cross contaminate but didn’t fee confident about they’re cross contamination practices. Drinks were good and fresh. Food is clean eating and okay.
They are not 100% gluten-free because their wraps are wheat-based. I've eaten here 3 times now mostly because I couldn't find another suitable place to eat. The last time I ate here I got sick from gluten. I will never be going back. Their food is also extremely bland and doesn't have enough salt in it. Their portion sizes are also too small for their prices.
Menu looked boring. My husband and I walked in here when we were in the neighborhood after checking this app, and figured how could anyone go wrong with fresh stuff in a bowl? We're vegan and we eat mostly whole foods. But for the cost and the size of other diners' meals, we couldn't bring ourselves to order incredibly boring food we could eat at home for cheap. It's probably safe enough for celiacs, but not enticing enough to pay those prices.
Very nice and helpful staff. Convenient location. Everything is gluten free and other allergens are clearly marked. However, this is the kind of food that gives gluten-free and healthy not tastiest of reputations. There was not a thing on the menu my husband was willing to order. I ordered a breakfast bowl and it was really a salad with a lot of onions in it. Not my first choice for breakfast and I wish the description had been more clear., so appreciate a national chain with a gluten-free focus. Figuring out a way to get things a little more flavorful would make this terrific . protein would help too. There was probably a tablespoon combined of egg and quinoa and beans in my salad this morning
Everything is gluten free. The business model seems to focus on healthy unprocessed food, which happens to be gluten free. They have "bowls," which are the grain variety, "greens," which are the salad variety. They also have breakfasts and smoothies. Since they are relatively new, they need to help people who are new to their store navigate the menu. It can be a bit confusing. You order at the register, and then they call your name when it's ready. Very good food. I will be going back.
