This place is AMAZING!!! CONCERNING THE SAUCES: they are marked as having wheat, BUT they are tested to have less than 20 parts gluten per million. I'm a sensitive celiac, and I have never had a reaction in the years that I've been going here, but make your own judgement call. Now on to how amazing this place is. We've been going since they opened and the staff knows exactly what to do. They know us and always take care to make everything gluten free. Everything is delicious and they do such a good job with the meat. The service is great, the prices are reasonable, and the beans are the best! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. It's the best!

Everyone needs to be careful here. The meats are GF. The staff was pretty knowledgeable. My concern is the sauces. Both were labeled GF. One listed wheat as an ingredient. The second sauce did not have wheat as an ingredient, but the allergen statement listed wheat. When we asked about waiter about it he said their sauces have been tested at less than 5 ppm. I didn't get sick. I don't think I will go back, too risky for me.
