Chef walked me through the buffet line, and brought of fresh whatever I wanted. In addition, the staff all told me if I needed a thing not to hesitate to ask. Later in the meal, the chef came back out to check on us and see if we wanted dessert. The mango sorbet was amazing! Highly recommend the Grand Concourse.
