This place was amazing. When I asked about their protocol to avoid cross contamination they said “we treat all gluten free requests as if the customer has celiac” and then proceeded to tell me about their procedure. So many options. Even the meatballs are made with gluten free breadcrumbs.
I couldn’t believe how fresh and delicious the gf pasta was! I braced myself all evening waiting to get sick because I was skeptical of how they could make gf pasta THAT good. I had mine with garlic oil, mushrooms and onions. My daughter had cheese sauce, extra cheddar and bacon. The guy working there seemed knowledgeable.
