No GF options noted on the regular menu. Their in house seltzers use malt liquor which I did not realize and I paid for it.
I've been to a Granite City in Indy, which had great options. Maybe because stopped for food between lunch and dinner, but this Granite City had fairly limited options. That said the food was decent and the menu and staff knowledgeable about asking for allergy versus sensitivity.
Extremely limited. Shared fryer / cook top. This is more for people following their trendy diet not Gluten allergy / Celiac disease

GF items labeled on the menu and the server checked with the kitchen when I had questions. The food was good!
Menu choices are great and the food is well prepared. This restaurant is my go-to as I have celiac and have never gotten sick here. I also really enjoy their food. City wings are great as well as the Bison burger on a gluten Free bun.
Had the classic burger with GF bun and kettle chips and coleslaw. And a cider! Nicely done, and brought out separately. Great.

They have a lot of gluten free choices including gluten free bun! Great food, great service. Steaks, hamburgers, salads, etc
This happened a couple of years ago, but I ordered a “gluten free” pasta dish and they sent me a large takeout container with (what looked like) 2 tablespoons of sauce with chicken floating in it for the full price of the dish, which was about $20. My partner received their normal gluten pasta with no issue. Literally the most insane ordering experience ever and we never went back.
They are able to make a gf burger - no fries. Didn’t have an issue after eating.
Told me did gluten free flatbreads and buns. Good meal, no issues!
Was a little unsure and uncomfortable when noticing nothing on the menu was marked gluten free, but our waiter immediately had his manager assist me. Brian, the manager, came over and discussed my options, checked ingredients of my choice, and personally went back to kitchen to make my meal. And he mentioned it was his birthday! What a wonderful manager he is! I would recommend this place, options are a little limited, but Brian was open and honest as well as accommodating.
