I used to love this place. They had the best gluten free buns and gluten free French fries. For the last year, every time I go here they say not to get the FF. They have other gluten free dishes that are good but, it bums me out that they no longer have a designated fryer
This place was amazing! The staff is very well-versed in cross-contamination and celiac! Tabitha was our server she was amazing she personally goes back to the kitchen to make sure the orders are done safely! The Buns here are phenomenal so good! Great burgers in the deserts are to die for! They do not have a dedicated fryer however so no french fries but there are ample other sides and lots of gluten-free options! The prices are great as well! Great place for celiacs to eat without having to worry! Things on the menu are March whether they are gluten-free or not but you can also ask them if something is not gluten free and they will double check it and make alterations to some food! Chocolate lava cake was incredible! Spinach was cooked to Perfection with lemon zest so amazing! I am hyper Celiac in very sensitive! It's great to find places that you don't have to worry about getting sick that really cater and take care of their patrons! Ask for Tabitha she is amazing!
I really enjoyed the food here, my kinda sandwich the turkey club was BRIMMING with delicious stuff on a good bun. I asked about the fryer and the waiter said it was used exclusively for fries so I enjoyed some sweet potato fries. Good portion. Ate here twice and it's understandable that they would be hesitant to modify dishes because it is absolutely packed constantly it seems. Just be careful and advocate for yourself, ask the important questions. The first time I went they mistakingly used regular bread on my sandwich but luckily I caught the mistake as I had ordered a gluten free bun, would have been a much worse review otherwise. I'd give it 5 stars if this hadn't happened.
Nice find, eclectic menu. Made my own burger on a GF bun, got sweet potato fries. Had Tito’s as well. Look like they cater well.
As a craft restaurant, they're very good about working with you on what you can eat. If you're celiac, it does help if you say you have an "allergy" to gluten. The food was delicious all around - and they have a dedicated fryer for French and sweet potato fries.
Cameron was very knowable. They have a couple of different gluten-free options and a gluten-free dessert.
I’ve eaten here twice so far and did not get sick. I interviewed the regional manager before eating here. You do need to tell your waiter if you have Celiac Disease. Also, I ordered the butternut squash soup and it came with dried cranberries and parsley as garnish. I asked the waiter to make sure that the cranberries were not processed with wheat and he checked and told me that the bag did not say so, I did not eat them. Also, the butternut squash soup tasted like it had sugar in it. I hope not. The steak, mashed potatoes, and Greek salad were delish!I think this place is safe and the food was very good. The regional Manager “Evans” was awesome. I’ll go back, if you have Celiac just ask questions about anything that may concern you. Thank you!
Three stars because they are so resistant to modify a dish (it says so on the menu). Appreciate that they do mark items as GF.
They have gluten free pasta and things marked gf on the menu but that's about it.
Granville dedicates it's fryers to potatoes, and clearly indicates gluten free options on the menu, including a gluten free pasta that is delicious!
Good vegetarian options as well.
Great gf options, menu clearly labels what is gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian.
