Cashiers were helpful, came for breakfast and dinner. Do have a shared fryer but have bowls and a few options. Got a burger with a gluten free bun and it was good, only sides were fruit and a side salad but I didn’t get sick. Wouldn’t be my first option but would come again!

Not safe … everything cooked on shared surface or fryer

I have eaten here a number of times over the last few months. The first time, I got sick when they put the wrong dressing on my salad. Every subsequent visit I have had to send food back for the kitchen not being attentive and including a gluten containing ingredient on a GF order. Cashiers talk a good game, but beware.

I wasn’t sure about eating here after the other reviews, but it seems like they’ve definitely improved. The cashier was very nice and made sure to put allergy and that everything was gluten free. They ran out of the grilled chicken but did the braised chicken instead, which she also made sure was gluten free.

Lots of items are listed as GF on the menu, but are cooked in a shared fryer. Staff seemed very unknowledgeable. Told cashier I had celiac but still had to ask her to put it in as “allergy” so cooks would change gloves.

I asked for a BLT with a fried egg on GF bread (offered on the menu) with fruit. When i came to pick up my order the girl that was expediting food let me know they were out of GF bread and had the cook put everything on a bed of greens. Still really good food, and i appreciate that this person was thoughtful enough to accommodate me and make a meal out of my pile of bacon and eggs! The girl running the register was very uniformed on any GF questions, definitely something to work on.

The staff was amazing food was out quick and I have Ben there many many times and have beaver got sick so for my fellow celiacs I highly recommend graze at armature works in downtown Tampa
The food is decent for what it is. There is very little to choose from that is safe because I am also very allergic to eggs. I have felt more confident in the past eating here. The server that took my order tonight rolled her eyes and shut off as soon as I said allergy. She asked which dressing I wanted so I asked if any had eggs to verify if it was safe and she replied, “it’s for a vegan bowl so no, no eggs.” I get that people claim allergies because they are picky and that pisses off servers, but having that kind of attitude just makes a person with real digestive problems feel like they are causing a problem. I didn’t catch her name but she is white, blond, probably 5’5”, with an angry face. I won’t be going back. There are more than enough places for me to eat that I don’t need to go somewhere that makes me feel like I am inconveniencing them.
