The food is average but the staff didn’t seem to understand gluten issues.

** ate here the other day and had grilled chicken tacos however I found a fried piece randomly in my food and they told me it was cornstarch breaded and would be fine but I had some stomach issues afterwards so I’m not sure I believe it...usually they are good but if the kitchen staff isn’t trained correctly it’s not going to be celiac safe.

So delicious and they marked my ticket with celiac. On the menu there are tons of options as well as an area saying what is and what is not gluten free. You should go, it's ridiculous good! And absolutely no bad news after! Love this place!

The food was fine. Not great but fine. It didn’t make my celiac daughter sick. So that’s good. However, when I asked to speak to the manager- because I always do that due to her sensitivity to cross contamination being so high- he was very rude and acted annoyed that he got called out to speak to me, and spoke down to me when I asked questions. For example, when I asked about the safety of the queso, he replied in an annoyed tone, “It’s cheese.” Apparently their staff is not as educated as they need to be about the possibilities of fillers, etc. that might make a celiac ask a question like that. We won’t be back.

This is their regular size taco! They each weigh about a half pound!
Top taco is the Baja Chicken and bottom is traditional Chicken. Both are on the hard corn shells and were amazing!

My family (3 with Celiac) tried the location on Republic Road based off the reviews I read here. They did NOT disappoint! Almost the entire menu is gluten free. We all tried something different and went two days in a row. No one had a reaction and the food was really good. Just inform your server and they know to change gloves and take all precautions. The chips and salsa was included as well. And, they have corn flour fried chicken strips. The fryers are gluten free also. I can't say enough good. We have a new favorite place.

While just passing through with no desire to go all the way into Springfield, this was a gem! Original tasting mex-carribean fare. Fried shrimp taco with corn flour breading. Yum yum! Staff were excellent!

After reading the reviews, we decided to stop here on our way into Branson. When telling the waitress about our gluten allergy, she knew exactly what to show us to eat. They have so many choices and most are GF. Chips and salsas were wonderful. Have had no adverse reactions! Will be back again. They even have a drive thru!

Most of the menu is gluten free and staff are very knowledgeable about gluten free needs. It is very clear on the menu and very tasty. I got an avocado stuffed taco (eating low carb) and it was delicious.

This place is awesome. They have several options for hard and soft corn tacos. Plus a few sides. Chips and Salsa. The fryers are already dedicated gf. The waitress will annotate your ticket ***Celiac*** so the people in the back know to use a clean area and change gloves. I had no issues. Since we just moved here, this will be a go to place for us.
