Super friendly folks--great food with numerous gf options--chicken enchiladas were delicious, as were the pb cookies! Felt "safe" eating there as a celiac--no reaction afterwards. Looking forward to visiting again next time I pass through! 11/12/23 Stopped for breakfast! Got the gluten free breakfast panini and couldn’t believe it when they gave me two sandwiches in contrast to my husband’s one on whole wheat. GF bread was good, and not even that small. I suspect there is risk of cross contamination though. Still, what a lovely surprise.

Awesome gluten free options. Not sure about cross contamination.
Great little cafe, GF items/options well labeled. Freshly baked GF bread and many products available in the store. Items are prepared in a shared kitchen, so would consider “gluten aware” but not “celiac safe”
This cafe is wonderful! They are mindful of allergies and very kind. My family ate wonderful food with no reactions. We would come back any day and we probably will!!

Everything is made on shared surfaces with shared utensils, condiments and ingredients. Not safe for celiacs and owner could not make anything in the back with uncontaminated ingredients.

When my doctor told me to do a gluten free diet, they where more than helpful in helping find a place to start. Not to mention that their gluten free foods are super tasty!
