They give lip service about being allergy friendly but the reality is that they act like every GF order is a tremendous burden. NOT GLUTEN FRIENDLY

We had a great experience! They have a lot of items that when requested could be made in their main kitchen. Below is their GF menu you can get if requested in advance or if you ask to speak to the chef on your arrival!

Great Wolf Lodge Specialty Menu (GF-Allergy)

We are a Nut conscious Facility and do not produce any in house items knowingly made with or near tree nuts, peanuts or nuts of any kind. We are NOT a NUT FREE FACILITY. It is extremely difficult to control when and if a Guest has eaten nuts and touched a common surface. We have certified allergy Specialists on property at all times while Food and Beverage operations are open. Any advance notice is great and we will always find a way to make it special for you. We can create almost any Salad combo for you as well.

They were great with allergies My daughter had chicken tenders and fries from a dedicated fried and the lodge bar. We went to the breakfast buffet and the chef came out and cooked her gf pancakes. He offered all kinds of udis products, hash browns etc

I had an awesome experience at GWL. Chef Daniel handled all of my daughters requests and their director of Food and Beverage went above and beyond for us. I would recommend reaching out to them in advance for a copy of their GF menu.

There are a variety of places to eat at the resort. All of them have gf options to a varying degree. The pizza place uses clean cheese and sauce, but the pizza is lackluster. The Lodge bar and dining room had a dedicated fryer, as well as gf buns. My wife's turkey Reuben was astonishingly devoid of flavor, but she didn't get sick either. The chili dusted chicken wings were actually pretty good. Avoid the buffet, it's over priced for the gf options you can eat, and even the non gf options are bland. Let's face it, no one is going there just to eat. They cater to families with young kids who are there for the resort and amenities. The food may be bland but they deserve credit for the steps they've taken.

This is a review of the Pizza place, not the dining room. You know when the pizza comes out and the crust is as white as a piece of paper it’s going to be bad. And that’s what happened here. overly cheesy, and the crust was like a flour tortilla (without the flour).

We’ll look for the dining room options in the future.

Everything that goes in the fryer in the dining room is gluten free but that does not include the fried items in the buffet. My 5 year old was able to have chicken fingers and fries. For breakfast, the chef came over and told us what was safe to eat at the buffet and then offered to make him gf pancakes. For lunch, we had a very good gf pizza. The food stand at the water park is clueless to allergies and contamination so I would not recommend eating at Buckets.

Very gluten friendly. Pizza place cleans the oven and prep area when cooking GF pizza. Lodge Wood Fired Grill can make just about anything on their menu GF. Very happy there.
