Most salads have gluten-containing ingredients but staff are great about substations. My favorite is the Apple + Pear salad and I ask for quinoa instead of wheatberry. The Cowboy is also GF - the tortilla strips are corn and fried in their own oil :)

Everything has grain added and the menu offers no help in making things GF. I just left after an employee added gluten ingredients to my salad twice. If I had not been watching I would have gotten sick.
