I was so impressed with the staff. I started by asking for gluten free bread and they asked me if I was celiac. They said no toaster but then they wrapped my sandwich in a special paper and grilled it for me. The sandwich was delicious and I’m so thankful!

Staff were knowledgeable about Celiac, asked about allergies and prepped the sandwiches on a clean surface and wrapped in foil to grill to prevent cross-contamination. Very good , would recommend

Was told they can’t accommodate allergies even though they have GF bread…

They were kind and asked if we were celiac. Offered bread options. My 10 year old asked for a grilled cheese… which arrived looking like they had put it in the microwave over a panini press. She didn’t finish it because had too much cheese and was making her tummy sore… It’s hard to know what’s gluten free without asking first

Super helpful staff. I had a grilled bacon and egg sandwich. they asked if I had an allergy and when I said celiac they cleaned off the work surface, wore gloves, wrapped the sandwich in foil then pressed it on the panini press to heat it up. Did not find many other options so far at the airport and a couple of places were just downright rude when I asked if they had GF options so the Green Bean was a welcome change.

I asked if they had gluten free options and they said the bread was. I was nervous about cross contamination, so asked if their salads were gluten free. The staff member told me the salads were gross and not to eat them. I asked which sandwiches I could have with the sandwich and she said she didn’t know. Would not recommend for celiacs!

The can substitute all Breakfast Sandwiches with GF bread (extra 2$) if you tell them you’re celiac they will change their gloves, they also can grill it in some aluminum foil so it doesn’t get any cross contamination. I had their BLT on GF bread and didn’t get sick .
