I ordered the burrito bowl with steak and added queso. It was great! I did remove some items on it that I didn't like. My server checked for me and informed me that everything that wasn't fried (except mac and cheese/anything else obvious) was gluten free. I was not able to have crispy tacos or chips there but they did me me corn tortillas for the queso I ordered. Overall, it was much better than I expected and gave me a good variety of options. I plan to go back!

Waiter was great and knew immediately what to avoid. A lot of meals to choose from because all the meats are gluten free. Mainly have to avoid fried items. Great Queso too, could eat with corn tortillas

I lived in New Mexico for about 9 years, and this is the best, most authentic New Mexican food I've had outside of New Mexico. Green Chile Kitchen would be a good one even in Santa Fe. The menu has a statement that all items that aren't fried or desserts are gluten free. Unfortunately, that leaves out the tortilla chips. But tacos, enchiladas, and tamales are all safe. I don't officially have a celiac diagnosis, but I do have microscopic colitis and I am pretty sensitive to cross contamination. I felt great after eating here, and can't wait to go back.

Edit: I went back with a friend who is diagnosed with celiac disease. She also had no problem here. Be aware though that their gluten statement isn't really complete. They also have macaroni and cheese, a burger bun, and flour tortillas that you need to avoid. The servers I had were very helpful in navigating the menu.

I'm a Celiac and eat here at least 2-3 times a month! The entire menu is gluten free unless it's breaded or contains chips. The chips are GF but are NOT fried in a separate fryer, so I bring in my own to enjoy with their amazing salsa! They used to have a menu but once they converted everything except breaded items to GF they stopped using them.
